Fishing trips are run from a 17 foot Maverick Mirage. This is a boat designed to access extremely shallow flats. The Mirage makes an excellent casting platform for fly fishing or spinning tackle. As often as possible, Brian will be using his push pole to move the skiff across the shallow flats. While fishing dock lights at night, the trolling motor will be used to control the boat.
Trips are limited to two anglers per trip due to the impact of passenger weight on the draft of the vessel. The Mirage provides a stable platform to cast from and, by the nature of its design, can float and be maneuvered through extremely shallow water.
